We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and any of the methods listed on our product pages.
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes/cancellations within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this time frame, orders are automatically processed in our system and requests after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund once received.
Yes, all orders come with fast and free delivery
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time to process your order during holidays and sales periods. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends.
We aim for delivery in 7-12 working days (Monday to Friday).

Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, pictures of the item(s) and all related references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 working days after receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be deposited to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please do the following: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
